Neeley Construction is a third-generation company serving Western Washington. Even as we’ve grown since our founding in the 1950s, we are true to our roots: we know that our reputation for integrity and professionalism must be re-earned with every project. We know the value of team work, the importance of a handshake, and how to stick to our word. Family values are at the foundation of everything we do. That’s what Alvin Neeley believed when he started the company and that’s what we still believe today.
Our projects range widely in both size and complexity, covering everything from new construction and additions to full or partial renovations, field work, tenant improvements, and repair projects. We offer comprehensive preconstruction services and have experience with alternative delivery methods, including progressive design-build and GC/CM. While we specialize in K-12 construction—with work completed at over 50 schools across Western Washington—we’ve also delivered many successful projects for colleges, fire stations, athletic fields, and more. Our diverse client base spans both public and private sectors. No matter the project, our goal is always the same: to deliver exceptional results and outstanding value to every client.
