Tapping Nature is held at Galway Bay on Wednesday, 21 June from 6:30-8 PM. Join Tracie Barry, Marine Biotoxin Specialist with the Washington Department of Health, for her talk "Marine Harmful Algae and You". She describes how some marine algae produce the toxic domoic acid and how scientists detect the toxin in nature. Tapping Nature is an informal science discussion and is free and open to the public.
