Please join us for a presentation from Doris Reed, licensed Acupuncturist and owner of Reed Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Doris also teaches a Tai Chi class at Grays Harbor College. Have you ever wondered how acupuncture works? You may have heard that Tai Chi is helpful with preventing falls but not been sure why. Doris will walk us through the information and answer questions.
